Overview

Dreamix is an image and video creation app. We process the photos and text prompts you provide solely to generate your requested results. We do not use your images or prompts to train AI models.

This policy explains what data we handle, how it is stored, which third-party services are involved, and what rights you have.

Information we collect

Content you provide: photos you upload, text prompts, and generated images or videos.
Device and usage data: basic diagnostics such as app version, device model, and error logs needed to keep the service stable.
Purchase records: if you buy VIP or diamonds, transaction identifiers are processed through the app store; we do not store full payment card details.

We do not require account registration to use core features. Generated content is primarily stored on your device.

How we use your data

To send your image and prompt to generation APIs and return results to you.
To save generation history locally so you can preview, export, or delete items from the Record tab.
To improve reliability, fix crashes, and respond to support requests.
To enforce our Terms of Service and review content reports.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted network transport (HTTPS/TLS) when communicating with servers and third-party APIs.
Access controls limiting who can view operational logs and support data.
Local storage of generated files within the app sandbox on your device.
Regular review of vendors and security practices for connected services.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Local storage

Generated images, videos, thumbnails, and related metadata are stored locally on your device. You may delete any item at any time from the Record tab. Uninstalling the app removes locally stored Dreamix data from your device.

Third-party services

Dreamix relies on trusted third-party providers to operate. Depending on the feature you use, limited data may be transmitted to:

AI generation providers — to process your uploaded image and prompt for image-to-image or image-to-video generation.
Cloud infrastructure — for secure API routing, monitoring, and content delivery where applicable.
Google Play Billing — to process in-app purchases; governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
Analytics or crash reporting — only anonymized or aggregated diagnostics when enabled, to improve stability.

These providers process data only as needed to perform their service and are contractually required to protect it.

Data we do not share with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not share the following with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties:

Your photo library or unrelated device files.
Your full generation history for marketing or profiling purposes.
Contact lists, messages, or location data — Dreamix does not collect these.
Biometric identifiers or voice recordings beyond what you explicitly submit for a requested feature.

We disclose information only when required by law, to protect users and the service, or with your explicit consent.

App permissions

Dreamix requests only the permissions needed for its features. You may deny optional permissions, though some actions may be unavailable.

Internet & network state — required to reach generation APIs and verify connectivity.
Storage / media access — used when you choose to pick an image or export a result to your gallery. Dreamix does not scan your entire storage in the background.
Microphone (optional) — used only when you tap the voice input button to dictate a prompt. Audio is not recorded or stored unless you actively use this feature.

On Android 13 and above, gallery export may use the system photo picker without broad storage access where supported.

Your rights and choices

Delete content: remove individual generations from the Record tab at any time.
Export control: saving to gallery is always initiated by you.
Report concerns: use the in-app report feature for problematic content.
Contact us: request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold on our systems by emailing support.

Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). We will honor valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Children’s privacy

Dreamix is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the in-app version and the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Dreamix after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
